Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or playing Alpha Nation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of Alpha Nation after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Each player may maintain only one active account per game server at any time. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in permanent bans on all accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to play the game
• Exploit bugs or glitches rather than reporting them to administrators
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other players
• Share account credentials with other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game servers or databases

In Game Conduct

Alpha Nation is a competitive strategy game. Aggressive in game actions — attacking other nations, forming alliances, negotiating treaties, and engaging in economic warfare — are a core part of gameplay. These actions are expected and permitted within the game mechanics. What is not permitted is real world harassment, doxxing, or threats against other players outside of the game context.

All in game communications are subject to moderation. Administrators may review messages, alliance forums, and news posts. Content that violates these terms may be removed and the offending account suspended.

Account Termination

Alpha Nation administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at their sole discretion. Banned players will see a notification upon attempted login. Appeals may be submitted via email or Discord.

Disclaimers

Alpha Nation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Game data, rankings, and progress may be reset at the end of each round as part of normal gameplay. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service. Server maintenance, updates, and unexpected outages may occur.
